The More Serene Sound Helps Me Focus

I have read that music can enhance your exercise sessions, but I’m afraid that that will never work for me. I prefer to workout alone and prefer the place to be at solemn silence. The only sounds I want to hear are my breathe and the squeaking coming from the floor as my shoes scurry about them during position change. I also like the sound or my Air Climber in motion.
These helps me focus and concentrate so that I could get more out of the different exercises I do for the day. Many people might find it weird, but that’s the way I like it.
