Is The Economy Affecting Your Health?
The economy is changing the way people take care of themselves. A recent survey reported 55% of people taking better care of themselves with regular check-ups, healthy eating habits and exercise. While the remaining 45% reported taking worse care of themselves.
The 45% who reported taking worse care of themselves said they simply can’t afford regular doctor visits or have no medical insurance at all. Can’t afford healthy foods so they eat too much fast food because they can fill their stomache for only a few dollars.
Out of all the people surveyed, 92% reported a healthy diet and exercise is crucial to safeguarding your health.
Even with the bad economy people continue to cut back on expenses except their gym memberships. They still manage to stretch their dollars and put on their workout shorts and head to the gym.
If you can stretch your dollars it would benefit you greatly to improve your diet and exercise. It is a proven fact that these 2 things can improve your quality of life and well-being.
