You should never imitate Pro Bodybuilders as they do not take any training. Most of them are naturally and genetically gifted a muscular body. In order to build muscles it is necessary to do those exercises which affect several muscles at a time. You must do pull ups , chin ups, bench press, squats and dead-lifts. All the muscles are stressed if you are doing squats and dead-lifts. This way you can have bigger and muscular arms. It s also important to remember that resting is also a part of muscle building. Muscles grow while you are resting. You must gradually increase your exercising time as your strength grows. In fact you should concentrate more on the intensity of the work out rather than the timing.
