Jiu Jitsu is a great way to exercise. I personally prefer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have been doing it for about a year now. We call it BJJ for short.

Most clients want too much too soon. This is just unrealistic thinking. Even if you workout 9 hours a day 7 days a week, you will not have a shredded six pack or rippling muscles in 2 weeks. But he discovered the Nutrasystem diet himself, which he claims, is helping him more with his Tai Chi practices. He tried to teach me this ancient chinese form of inner exercise, but he was never the good teacher, so he enrolled me at a Tai Chi class.
