I called them and it will be closed until december 2008 !!
They are remodelling it completely.

Molino de Agua is gone. They are building a 10 story 110 unit condo building to be finished in June 2009. They will also have a small botique hotel on the grounds. The units are gorgeous. All 3 bedrooms, 3 bath with a very large balcony. Need more info, contact <Linda@timothyfuller.com>.
