Agua que has de BEBER ::..Decile NO a la mineria contaminante

Whether or not you like this depends on whether or not you love cucumbers, like I do. But if you do, this is easy and incredibly refreshing!

Agua Fresca de Pepino

–3 quarts very cold water
–3 cucumbers, peeled, chopped (don’t bother to seed them because you’ll be straining the mixture later)
–1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
–1/4 cup sugar–strictly optional!! (I usually don’t use any sugar at all)
–crushed ice
–lime slices

In blender (blender works better than food processor for this), puree 1/2 cup cold water with 1 cup cucumber. Add remaining cucumber and more water as needed to puree it all. Strain with a fine-meshed sieve.

Stir in remaining cold water, lime juice and the sugar if you are using it. Chill for at least a couple of hours. Serve over crushed ice with a lime slice.

VARIATIONS: Last time I made this I used chopped seedless watermelon instead of the cucumber. (Did you know that the watermelon is the closest botanical relative of the cucumber? Neither did I, until my know-it-all botanist friend told me so…) Anyway, the exact same recipe works really well with watermelon instead of cucumber, and watermelon water does seem to win the popularity contest. The same people who go "yuck, cucumber!" often go "yum, watermelon!" It might be fun to make both and see what people think.

And one time when I made agua fresca, I stuck a few fresh mint sprigs in the pitcher after straining and pounded them a little with the end of a wooden spoon before putting the pitcher to chill. It gave the whole drink a little "something" without being too strong, and though I was making the cucumber version, I bet it would work really well with watermelon too.

i know where team magmas hideout is in lillycove.. but i cant find team aguas!!!i have to know where it is to complete the game cz i cant open the 8th gym… please give me a detailed direction on how to get there because this is making me mad

team aqua does not have a base in ruby, and in sapphire it is where team magma’s base is. only in emerald do they both have bases. to be able to face the 8th gym you need to dive to the seafloor cavern on route 128 and make your way to the bottom while fighting team magma when you get there maxie fights you then groudon leaves you go up top from there go to route 126, dive and go in the cave, surface take the stairs to the left of the gym follow the stairs up and around to a cave where you face groudon after you catch or kill him you can face the gym

I was in Spain this summer and purchased a bottle of perfume from a Spanish Parador in Malaga ( it is their signature brand called Agua de Colonia Man-Woman). I have searched on the Web and have found it but I am having difficulty in locating an outlet that will ship it to me here in Manitoba, Canada. Can someone out there help me. I just love the perfume and wish to always have a steady supply.

I live in Málaga, but Manitoba is a little far from me. I have been to Canada seven times. Four times to Alberta & BC and three times to Ontario. I´m going to a Parador for Christmas, I´ll look out for it.
I don´t think you´ll find an outlet here that will send perfume to Canada, but if you do it will be expensive.
Why not have another visit!
